Cumberland Style Pork

This pork sausage is produced in a spiral form and is cooked in one piece. It is coarse cut and has a prominent sage flavour — very tasty! Sold in a half-pound ring.

Honey Mustard Pork Sausages

Italian Style Pork

A savoury taste of herbs and spices with a light touch of garlic and fennel seeds. This recipe came to us many years ago from a gentleman who received it from an Italian chef whom he had worked with in a New York hotel. It also featured on Ready Steady Cook. 18 sausages per kg or 9 per lb.
