Our sausages have been talked about on numerous radio programmes both local and national. We have also featured on many television programmes over the years.

NB: Our Award Winning Gourmet sausages are only available at McCartney's of Moira, but do not be surprised if you see them on the menu of some of the Top Class restaurants in the Province.

Our gourmet handmade sausages are made using only the finest local pork belly, natural casings and are hand linked by our artisan butchers.

As only use natural casings we suggest that you do not prick them - Cook our sausages gently and slowly to retain their full flavour. Made To keep our Sausage selection interesting we may replace a variety for a period of time from one of our many recipes.
