Our white pudding is made using the finest pork belly, oatmeal, onion & white pepper. This delicious meat pudding is a Northern staple & a vital part of a good fry up.
Quantity:
Delivered in 1 x 1.1Kg ℮ vacuum packed stick for home slicing or freezing.
Cooking:
Our white pudding is fully cooked, for best results slice into rounds approx 2cm or 3/4" thick & fry until golden on each side.
Our White Pudding Contains:
Pork 69%. Flavour Enhancer E621, Emulsifier E412, Allergens: Gluten
Storage:
- Please refrigerate the produce as soon as possible upon arrival.
- All produce is vacuum packed fresh & can be stored in the refrigerator below 5*C until use by date shown on packaging.
- The vacuum packed goods will usually have a shelf life of 5 or 6 days in the vacuum pack.
- Once opened the vacuum packed goods should be treated as fresh & used within three days or can be portioned up & frozen.
- All vacuum packed goods are suitable for home freezing in the vacuum bag for up to 3 months.
- If any of the vacuum bags arrive ‘blown’ ie with air inside the pack either use fresh within 2 days of arrival or portion & freeze down to use at a later date.
