This recipe is based on our award winning Pork with what we think is just the right amount of garlic. A very good seller - one for the garlic lovers!
Quantity:
Delivered in a vacuum pack of 8 sausages, individually cut (400g) ℮
Cooking:
We only use natural skins & suggest that you do not prick them. Cook our sausages gently & slowly to retain their full flavour. Suitable for frying, grilling or the barbecue.
Our Pork & Garlic Sausages Contain:
Pork 76% Natural Colour Caramine (E120) Preservative E221, Flavourings, E304, E307. Flavour Enhancer E621, Allergens: Wheat, Gluten, Sulphite
Storage:
- Please refrigerate the produce as soon as possible upon arrival.
- All produce is vacuum packed fresh & can be stored in the refrigerator below 5*C until use by date shown on packaging.
- The vacuum packed goods will usually have a shelf life of 5 or 6 days in the vacuum pack.
- Once opened the vacuum packed goods should be treated as fresh & used within three days or can be frozen.
- All vacuum packed goods are suitable for home freezing in the vacuum bag for up to 3 months.
- If any of the vacuum bags arrive ‘blown’ ie with air inside the pack either use fresh within 2 days of arrival or portion & freeze down to use at a later date..
