Bangers & Beans

Serves 4


8 McCartney’s Bratwurst Style Sausages
4 rashers back bacon
1 tsp oil
½ red chilli, finely chopped
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 jar pasatta
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Handful of fresh basil, finely chopped
400g tin baked beans
1 tin cannellini beans
1 tin borlotti beans


Gently fry the sausages in oil, in a large pan until cooked through and golden brown.

Add the bacon, chilli and paprika and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the passata, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce & basil & all the beans, mix thoroughly and cook until heated through.

Serve with potato croquettes from the deli counter.
