On Wednesday 16th November we attended the Prize Giving Evening for The Ulster Pork & Bacon Forum Sausage Competition 2011.

We were Awarded Overall National Champion & Housewife's Choice for Northern Ireland out of almost 200 entries. We were also awarded:

• 1st Place in Co. Down with our National Award Winning Pork Sausage
• 1st Place Product Innovation for our new Pork & Marmalade Sausage
