Meat Trades Journal Butcher's Shop of The Year Awards Northern Ireland Winner 2006

For this most recent award we were one of 20 businesses throughout the UK whittled down to 6 which were selected for a visit by the judges from 800 initial entries. Our 140 year old business was vetted for product display, meat quality and cutting, staff efficiency and knowledge, co-operation with others in the supply chain, marketing and promotion, forward planning and diversification, and work in the local community - the aim was to find a butcher whose business is - world class.
