Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the business returns will only be accepted if a customer can prove products were unfit for consumption, if this is the case the product must be returned with a minimum of 50% of the product intact. In certain circumstances a photo emailed of the product may be acceptable. A refund will then be given after inspection of the returned product at the discretion of the business. A receipt number should also be provided or if the exact time & date item was purchased and list of items bought so we can find it on our system.
Please check all product dates before purchase. We do our best to ensure freshness, but it is the customer's responsibility to review use by and best before dates at the time of sale.
