At Christmas we have a limited supply of fresh free range Ailsbury Ducks available to order. Order early to avoid disappointment.

We also stock duck fillets and recommend that you also order these for the festive period.

Whole ducks should be cooked in a preheated oven for 45 minutes per kg at 200ºC/400ºF/gas mark 6
