Rib Eye Steak - Large steaks cut from the eye of the fore rib. They carry a little more fat butare most flavoursome.
Sirloin Steak - Lean, tender, boneless steak with a thin layer of fat running along one edge.
T Bone Steak - Mammoth Steak, one side of the bone is tender fillet and the other side is flavoursome sirloin.
Fillet Steak - Very lean, and tender round steaks. Suitable for all types of cooking. Can be cut chunky or butterflied
