About McCartney's Of Moira

McCartney's of Moira can be traced back over 140 years. All this time it has been managed by the McCartney Family. Now in the hands of brothers George, Gordon & Georges daughters Judith & Sarah who are the 6th Generation of McCartney's in this family business.

McCartney's are three times Winners of the UK Champion of Champion Sausage Makers Competition, a title which still stands! We have also picked up the title as the 'Top Shop' in Northern Ireland & the UK. Our well known shop is adorned with flowers throughout the year and has won awards for it's floral displays as well as its sausages! The shop has also been used for a set for a 2006 Television Advert for the Live Stock and Meat Commission of Northern Ireland.

Our sausages are well travelled - we sent half a tonne of our Sausages and Black Pudding to Fortnum & Mason in London for a month of Irish Breakfasts. While on another occasion we had a request for a large order of sausages to be sent over to England for a famous Singer for his birthday!
